I first got into New York at 11:30 PM Wednesday night. Naturally I had not planned ahead of time and would not be able to check into the hotel room until 10:30 the next evening. The first thing I did was go out to the city at 5 in the morning and see how Times Square looks like then.
It was so beautiful and peaceful to see all the vendors and workers come out just before the hustle and bustle. After getting a haircut in Brooklyn, I took a shower, slept for a couple of hours and made my way to the New York Comic Con at the Javits Center.
